Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Nursing interns currently posted in clinical areas during the data collection period. willing to participate in the study and give informed consent. available during the full duration of the study, including pre-test intervention and post-test periods.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Interns who are on leave during the data collection period. Interns who do not provide informed consent.
