Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with Allergic Rhinitis 2. Age of the patients should be between 20 to 40 years 3. Serum IgE levels should be greater than 100 IU/ml 4. Willing participants who provide informed written consent and commit to complete the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Terminally ill patient 2. COPD (Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease) patient 3. Immunocompromised person 4. Pregnant and Lactating women

MeasureTime frame
1. Change in Serum IgE Levels: Quantitative measurement of total serum IgE in the blood before and after using Hypericum perforatum mother tincture. Timepoint: Baseline to the end of 3 months

MeasureTime frame
1. Improvement in Quality of Life: Assessed using the Rhinoconjunctivitis Quality of Life Questionnaire (RQLQ) whose domains include daily activities, sleep, nasal symptoms, eye symptoms, and emotional impact 2. Safety and Tolerability of Hypericum Mother Tincture : Monitoring and documenting any adverse effects experienced during the treatment period.Timepoint: Baseline to the end of 3 months
