Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: People aged 18 to 40 years Presence of retropatellar or peripatellar pain No history of knee surgery in the past No ligamentous injuries or neurological disorders

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe patellar instability requiring surgery History of patellar realignment surgery
