Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Individuals aged 18 years to 25 years 2.Reports anterior knee pain during at least two activities (e.g., stair climbing, squatting, running) 3. VAS pain score more than or equal to 3/10 during aggravating activity. 4.Able to attend and complete 4-week intervention program. 5.Provides written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.History of knee surgery or fracture. 2.Diagnosed with ligamentous injury, meniscal tear, or other knee pathologies (e.g., arthritis) Neurological, vestibular, or balance disorders. 3.Current participation in another rehabilitation or exercise program. 4.Current use of analgesics or anti-inflammatory drugs that could influence outcomes. 5.Pregnant or planning pregnancy during study period.
