Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Academic and Non-academic staff. 2. Minimum working hours must be 8hrs. per day at same university. 3. Had minimum work experience of 1yr.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. No musculoskeletal pain due to past medical history. 2. On self-withdrawal at any point during the intervention period. 3.Absence for more than 20% of scheduled sessions.
