Inclusion criteria: MRI confirmed lumbar canal stenosis Failed conservative management for more than 6 weeks visual analogue score more than six

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Coagulopathy Local or systemic infection Cauda equina syndrome Previous lumbar surgery
