Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children aged between 4 and 7 years Presence of fully erupted primary molars Children with at least one carious lesion (dmft 1) Absence of caries , proximal restorations and crown coverage involving primary molars

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children with developmental anomalies affecting tooth morphology Children with a history of orthodontic or interceptive dental treatment
