Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age: 18-26 years 2. Hamstring tightness of 20 (Active knee extension test) 3. Moderately active individuals (1.5 hours of moderate physical activity for 3-4 days per week)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe low back ache 2. Any neurological deficit 3. Any inflammatory or systemic musculoskeletal condition 4. Skin infection or open wounds over the posterior thigh 5. History of hamstring strain or tear in the past 6 months 7. History of participants in a yoga or stretching program for the last 6 months
