Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Instrumented spine surgery (degenerative, trauma, deformity, tumor) 2. Elective or emergency surgery 3. Clean or clean-contaminated cases

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Active spinal infection (TB, discitis, osteomyelitis) 2. Revision surgery for existing infection 3. Allergy to study antibiotics (Vancomycin /Gentamycin)

Incidence of SSI(Surgical site infection) within 6 months : Superficial SSI Deep SSI Implant-associated infection Timepoint: Patient will be followed up at 2 weeks,6 weeks,3 months,6 months at 9 months and at 12 months.
