Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Pharmacy students aged 18 years and above 2. Pharmacy students enrolled in 4th year B.Pharm 3. Pharmacy students enrolled in 2nd to 5th year Pharm.D 4. Students enrolled in the M.Pharm (Pharmacy Practice) at JSS College of Pharmacy, Mysore and Ooty 5. Pharmacy students who are Willing to participate and provide written informed consent 6. Pharmacy students who will be available for all phases (pre-test, intervention, post-test) 7. Pharmacy students with no prior formal simulation-based training in self-medication counselling
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pharmacy students not enrolled in specified academic programs or study sites 2. Pharmacy students unwilling to participate or not providing consent 3. Pharmacy students with prior exposure to formal simulation-based training 4. Pharmacy students absent during key study phases 5. Pharmacy students who withdraw after enrolment 6. Participants with incomplete or missing key data
