Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who were conscious and oriented after 24 hours of CABG surgery, willing to participate in the study, and able to read and write in Odia language.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients undergone emergency CABG, patients with cognitive impairment or psychiatric disorders, and patients with severe post operative complications requiring prolonged intensive care or ventilator support.
