Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: WHO BMI cutoff point (Asia-Pacific region) for Overweight and Obese category.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Chronic Diseases: Individuals with diagnosed chronic conditions such as diabetes (type 1 or advanced type 2), cardiovascular diseases, kidney disease, liver disorders, or cancer. Pregnancy or Lactation: Women who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant during the study. Surgical History: Recent bariatric surgery or other significant gastrointestinal surgeries. Medications: Use of medications affecting weight or metabolism (e.g., corticosteroids, weight-loss drugs, thyroid medications). Psychiatric Disorders: Severe psychiatric conditions that could interfere with compliance, such as untreated major depressive disorder or eating disorders.
