Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Male tennis players aged between 18 to 25. equal or more than 3 years of competitive training experience. equal or more than 3 sessions per week training session. Recovery heart rate drops 20 to 30 at 1 minute.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Neurological, vestibular, or cardiac issue. On medications affecting HR or neuromuscular function. Any musculoskeletal injury within last 6 months
