Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Included women with regional anesthesia refusal, regional anesthesia contraindications (e.g., Thrombocytopenia, coagulopathy), conditions associated with an increased level of PPH risk, such as placenta previa, placental abruption, and multiple gestation, pregnancy-related complications as gestational diabetes, or pre-existing diseases as insulin-dependent diabetes, Hb less than 7, hemoglobinopathies, cardiovascular or renal diseases, hypo/hyperthyroidism because these conditions might interfere with the hemodynamic parameters.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The primary outcome is BP, including mean BP, systolic blood pressure (SBP), and diastolic blood pressure (DBP).Timepoint: Intra operative and post operative

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Other hemodynamic effects, such as the HR and O2 saturationTimepoint: before the operation and then every 3 mins till delivery of the baby
