Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Participants aged between 20-60 years of age of all genders. 2.Individuals with non-specific chronic neck pain (less than 3 months). 3.Presence of myofascial trigger points. 4.Postural abnormalities (forward-head posture, cervical lordosis, thoracic kyphosis etc). 5.Individuals with Verbal analog scale score above 6. Individuals with reduced chest expansion less than 1.5 cm. 7. Individuals with peak expiratory flow rate less than 300-360 L/min. 8.Individuals with cervical curvature index less than 8 percentage and more than 15 percentage. 9.Individuals who are willing to participate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of cervical spine trauma or surgery. 2. Specific neck conditions (radiculopathy, mylopathy, fractures and infections). 3.Diagnosed respiratory disorders(asthma, COPD, TB). 4.Participants who are cognitively impaired or uncooperative patients.
