Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Young adults aged 18 to 29 years Participants must be healthy with no chronic illness and disability.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant and lactating women Participants with recent significant weight changes greater than 10 percentage change in over three months Individuals under medications that affect metabolism of body composition
