Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: I. An orphan child between the ages of 10 to 19 years. (WHO report) II. Willing to participate in and follow study conditions. III. Able to follow the yoga module IV. Participants with no or minimal prior experience of yoga

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: I. Any kind of physical or mental illness, or being on medication, based on a routine case history and medical examination. II. Smoking, alcohol, or any substance abuse III. Subject who cannot perform the assessment task. IV. Any condition where physical activity was contraindicated. Physical disabilities. V. Under weight (BMI below 18.5kg/m2)
