Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Both gender with age group of 18-40 years 2.Chronic low back pain (at least 3 months) 3.Limited hip extension 4.Participants with prolonged sitting (more than or equal to 6 hours/day) 5. The clinical presentation (tight hip flexors/lumbar extensors and weak abdominals/gluteals) is characteristic of lower crossed syndrome

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Had a history of any trauma or fall 2. Patients with spondylolisthesis, lumbar canal stenosis 3. Patients with hip fracture or post-operative 4. Neurological deficits or radiculopathy 5. Pregnancy
