Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Willing and able to participate in the study Patient having any of 3 to 4 Prameha Purvarupa which are mentioned in diagnostic criteria Patients Yogya for Virechana Karma and Basti karma as per Ayurvedic classics Pre-diabetes with insulin resistance and who yet to start Medicine HbA1C Value: 5.7percentage to 6.4percentage.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Pregnant and lactating women Uncontrolled HTN, Cancer, T.B., Heart disease, Chronic pancreatitis Patient with DM. (FBS more than 126 mg/dL) Patient Ayogya for Virechana Karma and Basti karma Patient diagnosed with type 1 DM Patients on insulin
