Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients of Parikartika Acute Fissure in Ano having duration of 4 weeks Age Group between 18 to 60 Gender both male and female
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Fissure in ano having duration more than 4 weeks or as developed sentinel tag Age group less than 18 years and greater than 60 years Patient suffering from malignancy Patient suffering from HIV VDRL Hepatitis B TB HCV Paralysis, Known case of cardiac diseases H O MI IHD or secondary causes Fissure in ano associated with fistula and fissure bed infection Uncontrolled cases of Diabetes Mellitus Hypertension ulcerative colitis STD
