Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Patients aged 18-60 years 2) Diagnosed with non-bleeding internal or external piles Grade1-2 3) Willing to follow dietary recommendation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Piles with complications like thrombosis, abscess, fistula 2) Pregnant or Lactating women 3) Severe systemic disorders cardiac, renal, hepatic 4) Patients undergoing concurrent surgical treatment for piles 5) Patients with bleeding piles
