Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged between 18 to 70 years of either gender. Patients with the classical clinical features of Karnanada will be selected. Patients with intact tympanic membrane and associated with mild to moderate Hearing Loss upto 55dB sensory neural or motor hearing loss.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with perforated tympanic membrane and other infectious diseases like CSOM, Otomycosis, Meniere s disease, Otosclerosis, Fluid in the Middle ear, Glomus tumor. Patients suffering from any Bleeding disorders and chronic debilitating disease like Ear Pathologies. Cases of tinnitus which required surgical intervention. Pregnant, lactating women and Immuno-compromised patients.
