Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The age group of women 40-55 years. Natural menopause (amenorrhoea for at least 12 months). Presence of anxiety, stress and depressive symptoms. Willingness to participate and provide informed consent. Subjects not taking any hormonal therapy. Participants presenting with menopausal symptoms, as assessed by the DASS-21 scale. Women with surgical menopause.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Known psychiatric disorders requiring long-term psychotropic medication. Severe systemic illness or malignancy. Current use of hormone replacement therapy. Non willing patient not giving written consent to participate in the study.
