Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with Angles Class II division 1 malocclusion with proclined maxillary anteriors and increased overjet greater than 7mm Indicated for three implant treatment and extraction of maxillary first premolars Patient in the age group of 18-25years Good periodontal health with no clinical signs of active gingival or periodontal disease Minimal lower arch crowding No history of temporomandibular joint problems Maxillary incisor display greater than 2mm Presence of an overbite greater than 2mm

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Missing molars or any of the anterior teeth Previous history of orthodontic treatment Erupted or unerupted supernumeraries in the maxillary anterior segment Patients with craniofacial anomalies syndromes or history of orthognathic surgery Severe skeletal discrepancies requiring surgical correction
