Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Verifiable membership of one of the six pre-specified cohorts (occupational identity card, gatekeeper-organization roster, or community-organization referral with self-declaration). Resident of, or working in, the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. Comprehension of Marathi, Hindi, or English. Provision of written informed consent. Functional capacity to perform chest compressions on a manikin (self-reported, with brief functional screen).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Healthcare professionals or individuals with formal certified cardiopulmonary resuscitation or basic life support training within the preceding 12 months Self reported musculoskeletal cardiac pulmonary or neurological condition that may prevent safe performance of chest compressions on a manikin Cognitive impairment or acute psychological distress that may interfere with valid assessment Inability to complete the baseline assessment Refusal to provide consent or withdrawal of consent at any stage
