Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Current College students, part time or full time. 2. Individuals who report to sit atleast 3 to 7 hous a day. 3. Participants who provide informed consent and are willing to participate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals who is having pre existing diabetes, juvenile arthritis or other musculoskeletal disorders. 2. History of major illness. 3. Current involvement in regular exercise. 4. Individuals having specialized dietary interventions or restrictions.
