Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: College students aged between 18 and 25 years Regular users of digital screens for academic and personal use for more than 3 months Students willing to participate and provide informed consent Collegiate students using digital screens for more than 4 hours everyday in a week Both genders

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Students with previously diagnosed psychiatric or neurological disorders Students currently undergoing treatment for severe mental health conditions Deformities of the spine and lower limbs such as flat foot, pes cavus, and genu varum Any orthopedic disorder involving the lumbar spine, pelvis, and lower extremities Participants not willing to participate in the study Students with migraine headache or diagnosed psychological conditions Students with a history of neurosurgery or cognitive damage Students taking psychotropic medication
