Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The study included both male and female subjects aged between 18 40 years who were experiencing mechanical neck pain for more than 2 weeks duration. Participants with mild to moderate pain intensity and those who were willing to participate in the study and provide informed consent were included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants with cervical radiculopathy, history of cervical spine surgery or fracture, neurological disorders, inflammatory or infective cervical conditions, and recent trauma to the cervical spine were excluded from the study.
