Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Running exposure of a minimum of 10km/week ( strava) 2. Age group- 18 to 50 year (young adulthood) 3. Recreational runners athletes 4. Willing to provide informed consent 5. BMI Between 18-25

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Any lower limb injuries in the last 3months 2. Presence of neurological, cardiovascular, or musculoskeletal injuries 3. Difficulty in doing any exercise
