Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients of age group 20 to 60 years of either sex with the complaint of khalitya will be selected irrespective of caste creed religion occupation habitat Patient provides informed consent prior to initiation of study procedure and is willing to join the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients having area of hair loss on the scalp because of any injury to the head Patients having hereditary of Baldness Pregnant and Lactating women Patient who is not willing to join the study Patient suffering from scalp psoriasis seborrheic dermatitis and cancerous growth on the scalp chemotherapy

Primary

MeasureTime frame
It is expected that at the end of study we would be able to demonstrate the comparative efficacy of Mashyadi lepa and Dhurdhuradi Taila in the management of khalitya. Timepoint: at base line and 90 days

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Secondary outcome measures include assessment hematological parameters such as Complete Blood Count (CBC) and Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate (ESR), along with evaluation of improvement in hair density, reduction in hair thinning, enhancement of new hair growth, and overall improvement in scalp health in patients with Khalitya.Timepoint: at base line and 90 days
