Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Primary, single-level MIS TLIF for degenerative disc disease, spondylolisthesis (Grade I or II), or spinal stenosis. 2. Surgeries performed consecutively during the predefined 2022 2025 study period.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Multi-level fusions. 2. Revision surgeries at the index level. 3. Surgeries for trauma, active infection, or malignancy. 4. Cases converted to an open procedure (these will be tracked separately under conversion rate, but excluded from the primary operative time curve to avoid data skew).

Data extraction will include the following specific metrics for each consecutive case: Operative Time (minutes) Complication rate (specifically documenting dural tears, transient neurological deficits, and surgical site infections) Estimated Blood Loss (EBL, in mL) Length of Hospital Stay (LOS, in days) Timepoint: Follow up data will be extracted at 2 weeks, 6 weeks, 3 months, and 1 year.
