Intervention1: Experimental group: BAPS protocol,50-60mins per session, for three days per week, for 6 week protocol. Control Intervention1: control group: conventional physical exercise for 50-60 min

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The study includes the players between the ages of 11-19 years. The study will includes the male players. Player should be experienced in the field for at least 1 years as a cricketer

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Players with Pervious MSK injury and fractures will be excluded from the study. Players with history of surgery and medical intervention will not be included in the study.
