Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Children aged 5 to 12 years. 2. Children fulfilling the diagnostic and statistical manual of mental disorder,fifth edition (DSM-V) criteria for diagnosis of ADHD. 3. Willingness of parents or guardians to provide informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Children aged below 5 years and above 12 years. 2. Children with coexisting neurological disorder (e.g.,epilepsy,cerebral palsy). 3. Known hypersensitivity to ghrita. 4. Severe systemic illness or psychiatric comorbidities (e.g.,autism spectrum disorder).
