Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients clinically diagnosed with chronic urticaria (symptoms persisting six weeks or more) Willingness to give informed consent and adhere to follow-up

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with acute urticaria or identified allergic causes Cases with serious underlying systemic diseases (cardiac, renal, hepatic) Pregnant and lactating women Patients currently on immunosuppressive or biologic therapies (unless with washout period) Non-compliant or unwilling to follow-up
