Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients age from 20 to 35 years of both male and female selected Patient undergoing clear aligner therapy with composite attachments. Patient wearing aligners for at least 22-24 hours/ day. Patients in active aligner therapy for a minimum period of one month. Good general systemic health.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patient with active dental caries. Patients with moderate and severe periodontal disease. Patients currently using antibiotics, anti fungal drugs, corticosteroids or antimicrobial mouthwashes within last 2-4 weeks. Patient with poor oral hygiene compliance. Patient with Known allergy or hypersensitivity to any component of mouthwashes used in this study.

| The primary outcome is to evaluate the antimicrobial efficacy of Hetafu and Mougel (Ayurvedic) mouthwashes in clear aligner patients using a colony count test for Streptococcus mutans and Candida albicans. Swab samples will be collected around the composite attachments on Day 0 (before mouthwash use) and again on the 11th day after use.
