Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age group between 5 to 12 years 2) Patient irrespective of their gender, religion and socio-economic status 3) Patients having symptoms of ADHD for at least last 6 months 4) Symptoms must have appeared before the age of 12 years. 5) Patients that fit in DSM IV criteria for diagnosis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Any serious neurological disease diagnosed earlier like cerebral palsy, mental retardation, microcephaly 2)Any kind of known systemic disease or chronic systemic disease like nephrotic syndrome, type 1 diabetes mellites. 3)Patients that do not fit in DSM 4 criteria for diagnosis 4)Parents not giving consent for treatment 5)Patient should not be on any other intervention

To Study the Efficacy of Panchendriya vardhan Taila Nasya in reducing symptoms of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) in children aged 5-12 years given over a period of 21 days.Timepoint: Treatment will be given for 21 days Follow up and assessment will be done on 0th 14th 21st 31st 45th day

To monitor the safety and tolerability of Panchendriya Vardhan Taila Nasya in children. To assess the impact of Panchendriya Vardhan Taila Nasya on the sleep quality of ADHD children.Timepoint: Treatment will be given for 21 days Follow up and assessment will be done on 0th 14th 21st 31st 45th day
