Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Different forms of dance ( bharatnatyam, kathak ,freestyle, hip hop etc) 2.Subjects with minimum dance experience of 3 years 3.Dancers between age group of 18 - 30 years 4.Subjects with regular training of atleast 3 days a week or atleast 1 hour a day

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Dancers with history of surgery in past 2.History of recent trauma , pathological conditions of spine like fracture, inflammatory diseases , degenerative changes of spine , nerve root compression 3.Subjects with any cardiopulmonary and neurological condition contraindicating the exercise protocal 4.Pregnant and lactating women
