Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Young adults aged 18 to 25 years. Both male and female. Using smartphone more than 3 months. Minimum usage of smartphone more than 4 hours per day Participants who are willing to participate can provide consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals diagnosed with psychiatric disorders such as anxiety disorders,depression, or psychosis. Individuals currently taking hallucinogenic medications Individuals with chronic medical or neurological conditions Individuals with a history of substance abuse Participants unwilling to provide informed consent Individuals outside the defined age range of young adults
