Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age between 18 40 years. 2.History of at least one significant lateral ankle sprain. 3.Diagnosis of Chronic Ankle Instability (CAI): Scoring equal to or more than 24 on Cumberland Ankle Instability Tool (CAIT). 4.Willingness to participate and provide informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Acute ankle injury less than 6 weeks or recent ankle fracture. History of ankle surgery or significant lower limb surgery. Presence of neurological disorders affecting balance or proprioception. Systemic musculoskeletal conditions like rheumatoid arthritis, severe osteoarthritis. Current participation in structured ankle or foot rehabilitation programs. Pregnancy.
