Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals aged between 18 to 45 years Regular smartphone users with a minimum usage of more than 5 hours per day Both male and female participants Individuals who are willing to participate and provide written informed consent Individuals who are apparently healthy and able to undergo physical assessment procedures

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with recent trauma or surgery involving spine, pelvis, and lower limbs 2. Pregnant women 3. Individuals with neurological disorders affecting posture and movement (e.g., Parkinson s disease) 4. Individuals with structural, inflammatory or degenerative spinal conditions like ankylosis, spondylosis, spondylolisthesis, severe disc pathology
