Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Individuals irrespective of gender, caste, religion, and socio economic status between the age groups 18 yrs to 40 yrs. 2. Individuals having minimum 3 sign and symptoms of Digital Eye Strain and having minimum 6 CVS-Q score and minimum one Ocular test is positive.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals suffering from eye complaints like cataract, glaucoma, pterygium etc. 2. Pregnant or lactating women. 3. Individuals having systemic disease like HTN, DM, RA etc. 4. Individuals Contraindicated for Abhyanga (Santarpanottha vikara, recently perform Samsodhana, Jwara, Ajirna) 5. Individuals who has Fractures, Open wounds, infections or recent surgery of foot, Diabetic foot ulcers etc. 6. Individuals with drug dependence will be excluded.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Reduction in symptom severity of Digital Eye Strain assessed by Computer Vision Syndrome Questionnaire (CVS-Q).Timepoint: 30 days

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1.Change in tear film stability assessed by Tear Break-Up Time (TBUT) from baseline to post-intervention. 2.Change in tear secretion assessed by Schirmer test from baseline to post-intervention. 3.Improvement in Vision with special refrence to Visual acquity test. 4.Improvement in Efficiency of Sleeep with respect to Serum melatonin. Timepoint: 30 Days
