Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Young adults aged between 18 28 years Individuals willing to participate in the study Smartphone users/students with regular academic or work-related screen exposure Individuals able to provide posture photographs for assessment
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: History of spinal trauma or spinal surgery Neurological or musculoskeletal disorders affecting posture Any condition interfering with posture assessment Ongoing physiotherapy treatment for postural correction or related musculoskeletal conditions
