Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects who voluntarily participate in the study and sign the written informed consent form. Subjects who fulfill the criteria of perimenopausal symptoms. Subjects residing in urban community settings Perimenopausal women aged between 41 to 49

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Perimenopausal women with diagnosed severe psychiatric disorders. Women currently undergoing hormone replacement therapy (HRT). Women with cognitive impairments or diagnosed neurological disorders that limit comprehension for participation Diagnosed cases of irregular menstrual cycle (Endometriosis, long time diagnosed case of pcod) Recent fractures, surgeries, or injuries affecting mobility or balance (in past 6 months) Subjects Participating in structured balance or exercise training in the last 3 mont
