Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age:13 19 years Clinical diagnosis of text neck syndrome based on patient history (prolonged device use, forward head posture) physical examination (neck pain, restricted cervical range of motion) Willingness to participate in a structured rehabilitation program

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Previous diagnosed case of cervical spine pathology Recent neck trauma(Recent cervical surgery, Inflammatory Traumatic diseases) Neurological conditions
