Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 18 30 Currently enrolled in allied health program Elevated burnout scores (MBI-SS). Physically capable of moderate exercise.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Diagnosed Neurological/psychiatric conditions Any recent fractures. On active medications affecting neuroplasticity. Actively entrolled in structured exercise. Actively entrolled iN cognitive training. Any Contraindications to exercise. Unwillingness of subject
