Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Clinically diagnosed cases of sciatica Unilateral or bilateral sciatica Patients presenting with: Radiating leg pain Numbness or tingling Low back pain with nerve involvement Patients willing to: Give written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Spinal tumors or malignancy Severe trauma or fracture spine Recent spinal surgery Advanced neurological deficits (e.g., paralysis) Pregnant and lactating women Patients receiving: Other alternative therapies Long-term steroid therapy Severe systemic illness such as: Uncontrolled diabetes Cardiac disorders

MeasureTime frame
Change in pain intensity assessed by Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) before and after individualized homoeopathic treatment in patients with sciatica.Timepoint: Baseline , 1 month to 3 month

MeasureTime frame
Improvement in functional mobility and daily activities in patients with sciatica. Reduction in frequency of pain episodes after homoeopathic treatment. Assessment of general well-being and quality of life following treatment.
