Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Children in between the age group of 2 to 12 years irrespective of religion, gender, and socio-economic status will be included. 2.Children having clinical features of constipation. 3.Children whose parents are willing to sign the written consent form and to follow the protocol.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Children with anatomical malformations and congenital abnormalities of anal canal. 2.Children who are known case of Inflammatory bowel disease, irritable bowel syndrome, neuromuscular disease and immune compromised child. 3.Children below 2yearage group 4.Children whose parents are not willing to sign the written consent form and to follow the protocol
