Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed cases of Non specific low back pain duration pf pain 6 to 12 weeks NPRS score should be greater than 3 at rest

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Specific spinal pathology History of spinal surgery
