Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Screening, Healthy participants will be screened with the Suboptimal Health Stress Questionnaire SHSQ-SF.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants will be excluded from the study if they have serious injuries, are recovering from surgery, have substance abuse issues, are unwilling to participate in the study, or have serious physical or mental health problems that restrict yoga practice.
