Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients admitted with severe TBI Admission GCS between 3 to 8 2.Age between 18 and 70 years of either gender 3.GCS less than or equal to 12 at recruitment 4.Spontaneously breathing 5.Informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients requiring mechanical ventilation 2. Hemo dynamically unstable 3.Surgical site infection 4.Presence of Deep vein thrombosis 5.Mental retardation, psychiatric illness 6.Hearing loss 7. Status epilepticus 8. Dyselectrolytemia 9. Refusal to consent
